Usually order for pick up on Saturday, always in and out even when the place is packed to the brim. T he food is always what I asked for, and I don't have to ask for anything because they know what I need. Its I-hop and its food for when I am hungry.

Win some, loose some when you walk into an unfamiliar restaurant. Here on Sample Rd, I found an IHOP that was significantly below the standard I have found in other parts of the country. As I stood at 3:00 pm, 2/27/13, waiting to be seated and watching only 6 patrons in the dining area, I immediately felt a lack of attention and employees who I think might have been happier if the restaurant were empty. I was alone and finally seated at a small table when almost every booth was empty. My table top was dirty. Soon after I began eating, a server began replenishing the sugar packs at my table and again, in an almost empty dining room. My order did not include bacon but turkey bacon was mistakenly on my plate. The sever did say it was an accident and I would not be charged. The FIT pancakes and eggs I ordered were fine. However, when I received my bill, there was a $4.99 charge for a carafe of grapefruit juice. I had only ordered a glass of water. The server laughed about the mistake but really did not offer an apology for the error. My new bill was returned to my table without one word spoken. Lastly, I absolutely guarantee that if you drew a 3 foot circle on the carpet anywhere in the restaurant, there would be food or paper within the circle. And as I was leaving, the men's room stop only reinforced my opinion of this IHOP. While I am visiting in Pompano Beach, I will not be back here again. My two Stars are only because the food was what I expected. Today, I just turned 1,600 miles of driving on my trip to Pompano Beach. This was the first restaurant on my trip that was unsatisfactory. And just to make my point, I have driven more than one million miles and believe me, I know restaurants, diners and fast food locations in all 50 states. This IHOP need NEW MANAGEMENT. I do not fault the employees.

This IHOP is also very good at the late night Shift. Another Alt to going to the Coral Springs one at night.

Don't go here!!! Very bad, slow service from Lenora. No thank you for tip, charged for item not given. Go somewhere else!!!!

The two times I have been here have been on a Sunday morning at 8 and there's barely anyone there and the staff has always been on top of things! Quick to give us coffee, quick in ordering our food. Except for some occasional dirty coffee mugs, and mishap in my order only this place is on the ball. I'm glad to say they let me order from the kids menu, and both times I ordered the same thing, they give me different orders. First time they added bacon to my order when I only wanted one pancake and one egg scrambled. Meh. That's fine, boyfriend ate the bacon. Second time it came out, "are you okay with silver dollars instead of a pancake?" No, I ordered one pancake and one scrambled egg. Lol, no big deal, the pancake came out in a jiffy. My favorite thing about Ihop is their syrups! I love their original and their pecan! They're so good, I can never choose. The breakfast has always been consistently good for my Dad and boyfriend and we enjoy it here. Horrible parking lot and area, but nice restaurant. I also never understood why they gave you a giant ball of butter on top of your pancake. Just seems over done. But I just take it off! :)

Can I make this go to zero stars? Warm milk, hot lettuce, rotten fruit. Oh and the flies... Countless flies ate more of our food then we did. This meal cost $ 30 and we were all so disgusted we had to leave without eating. Please stay clear of this place.
